Any (posterior) placenta previa that solved after 32 weeks?

Was diagnosed with partial previa at my 20 weeks scan.
got checked at 32 weeks but it did not move.
They will check it again at 36 weeks and we will decide if i need a c section.

Any previas that solved between 32 and 36 weeks?

thank you

Hi, mine was picked up at 16 weeks and confirmed at 20. Had same in last pregnancy too which didnt move and I had bleeding and a c-section at 34 weeks.

This time placenta is posterior so less chance of moving than anterior but had 34 week scan yesterday and it has moved up out the way. It was looking like this was a possibility at 30 week scan though so I don't know how likely yours will move in a shorter time frame.

Fingers crossed for you.

Yes mine was same and it finally moved at 36 weeks. Very straightforward natural delivery. Don't worry!

Hi, thanks for your answer!
what was the entity?
mine is only 8 mm on the cervix, so a tiny bit, but it hasn’t changed between 20 and 32 weeks. They want to check it again at 36 because of that but I don’t have much hope

So it didn’t change at 32 and was out at 36?

@Ema91 yep it was no change at all at 32 and if anything they seemed to be saying it was worse and it had completely moved by 36. Was funny really because I had completely accepted it wouldn't move and got myself all comfortable with the idea of a c section, and then all change again! My placenta was at the back (can never remember the right name for that).

Yes that’s posterior! I have it too. It’s on the back and one edge is partly on the ostium.
i find strange that it hasn’t moved by an inch in 3 months but it might in 3 weeks. It’s only 8 mm on top of the cervix but still it hasn’t moved

Yes, mine hadn't moved at 34 weeks and I was scanned again at 36 weeks and it had. Very straight forward and quick birth at 38 weeks.
