Lost mucus plug - can I use a trush treatment still?

Hoping someone knows the answer to this …

40 weeks + 1, GP prescribed internal thrush treatment today, planned to use tonight but just lost my mucus plug and streak of blood in it, so bloody show ?

I’m now not sure whether I should use it or not given the seal to the cervix is now either gone or mostly gone.

I won’t be able to ask my midwife until tomorrow and that’s not ideal as was really hoping to use the pessary tonight.

any one know the answer ?

Can you not ring the labour ward for advice?

Ring triage for advice. It may be ok as long as waters in tact but definitely ring before use
