Anxiety about symptoms

Hello everyone,
I had miscarriage at 11 weeks in December and I am now pregnant again. I am around 5+6 weeks so still super early. I’ve had some symptoms which are worrying me a little. I’ve had some very mild on and off cramps on one side, but they appear to have gone now. Today, I have lower back on one side and a bit of pelvic pressure. I have a few symptoms starting (on and off nausea and indigestion) but I can’t help but think that something could be going wrong again. I don’t know whether it is the anxiety of having had a loss, but I am really struggling to get excited about this pregnancy. Did anybody else experience this? Thank you in advance!

I had cramps throughout my first trimester, they say it's fine as long as they're mild and not accompanied with bleeding. I'm 18 weeks now after a MC last year - I'm honestly not excited yet. I never expected to be! I'm just getting through each day, that's the best I hoped for.

Thank you for your reply! Sorry to hear about your loss. I’m glad that everything is going well with your pregnancy and you have made it this far! Dealing with the anxiety is so difficult. I’m paying such close attention to every single symptoms and overanalysing everything! I have booked an early reassurance scan for the weekend. Hope I get a little reassurance from that.
