Positive test after two losses

Hi all,

I have posted on the miscarriage chat but thought it might be worth posting here too! I had a blighted ovum miscarriage in March 2023 and then had a second trimester miscarriage last year - I lost my baby girl in October at 15w+5days. She was due to come April 5th. I only recently felt ready to try again, and this week got a positive test. I am so happy and excited but also feel very overwhelmed with a lot of different emotions. I am terrified as it's so early and I also feel guilty for being excited again. I just want this pregnancy to go well, and feel like I've been receiving signs from the universe that it will but I don't know if I'm just losing the plot!

Does anyone have any advice for staying calm? And any tips for helping this be a successful pregnancy?

I couldn't leave your post unanswered. I was due in April too but I lost my baby girl in January this year at 29w.
I also just found out last week that I'm pregnant again.

I had 2 losses between dd and ds, it's nerve wracking for the first few weeks

@Sangels261 I'm sorry you lost your April girl too, I feel like the timing is a nice thing to both be pregnant again in April! I'll pop you a message if you don't mind, and thanks for the group suggestion! I haven't used this site much so will check that out :) xx
