Baby aspirin when to stop

Hi mums! I've been taking 75mg aspirin throughout my first trimester due to a history of miscarriage (but not for any other reason such as clotting etc). Now at 13 weeks I've been told to just stop it (I had a small haematoma which is breaking up) and I was told to suddenly stop. Has anyone else suddenly stopped and it's been ok? I would have thought better to wean off?

Many pregnant women take aspirin for other reasons. I had to take it until 36 weeks due to previous baby being small. It’s normal just to stop taking it, no weaning off needed.

My consultant upped my dosage to 150mg at 28 weeks (I had an IVF pregnancy) and was told to continue taking until birth which I did. I stopped straight after the birth and had no issues with this.
I think a lot of clinics/hospitals have their own protocols on when/how to stop.
