More bleeding 😢 16 weeks pregnant with twins

I posted on here a while ago after bleeding at 8 weeks pregnant, went to hospital, had a scan and all was fine, it was a haematoma and found out I was having twins. Had another bleed a couple of weeks later after having a little fall at home, again had a scan and all was fine.
yesterday after having a wee I wiped and saw red blood on the tissue, I panicked straight away as seemed fresher blood than what I remembered from the first 2 bleeds. After that one time it pretty much went apart from very small amount of dark red / brown spotting; no cramp. Went to hospital last night; doctor did examination and said cervix is closed and bloods fine so not to worry as had similar spotting before. I asked for a scan but since I’m booked in for one at twin clinic this Wednesday she said I should just go home and wait for that and to call if things got worse.
i feel so upset, it’s been so hard getting through today and waiting until Wednesday is torture. I’ve had no blood since but still so scared. My boyfriend is putting on a brave face but his optimism is just heartbreaking and I can’t stop crying and thinking the worst as worried that the blood looked so fresh, although a small amount.
Has anyone had anything similar? I know worrying doesn’t help but I just feel so upset and broken 😢

I didn't expect such lovely words this morning, feeling very thankful for this community! I'm bleeding quite a lot still but need to accept it could be weeks or months like this, and I know only the scans will give us reassurance. One day at a time 🙏🏼

arlequin and monkeytennis I'm unable to tag you but thanks so much for the repsonce and for sharing your stories. Arlequin I'm sorry for your loss but so pleased your son made it. It's a confusing set of emotions! X

@Kandalama that's so incredibly kind of you and has brought tears to my eyes, thank you x

@VioletCookie how are you doing now? ❤️

Hi @arlequin thanks for checking in!
My anxieties not been great, have been bleeding every day ranging from brown to red to clots. We had a scan yesterday and everything was OK, baby measuring bang on 9+4. Hematomas don't look to be bleeding so they aren't sure where it's coming from which worries me. We have another scan on the 27th which feels a million years away 🙈 xx

Thinking of you @VioletCookie

hope you’re putting your feet up at every opportunity.
you know pregnancy is a great time to revisit your favourite cream cakes 🥳
let us know how your scan on the 27th goes x

@Kandalama thanks for your msg. Scan on the 27th was fine, baby was measuring on track and a good heartbeat. I'd had a red bleed in the morning which they could see on the scan but weren't concerned.

All has been fine, I'd even gotten used to the heamatoma bleeds. However last night I was up from 1:30 till 5 with the most excruciating pain to the right of my uturus and lower back 😬 definitely an 8/10! Alongside a few bowel movements and throwing up. We rang the EPU who said we might want to visit A&E, but sod sitting in there for hours on end feeling like this. Managed to get some sleep and it's now just a dull ache, we're on holiday and we've manged to find a private scanning place about 1hr10 away so heading there later. Really concerned this could be bad news xx

Could just as easily be a spot of food poisoning or a multitude of things.
hoping all is fine

Yep, as baby is ok we're assuming it was some horrid food poisoning 🤢 I've never had cramps as bad as that before, I guess pregnancy does some weird things to your body. It's certainly a lot more sensitive!
