Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I had this, it was horrible. I was sucking foxes glacier mints (my mother suggested this) and it helped x

@Tryingtoconceivenumber2 I felt like I was having contractions or something was badly wrong last night!! So much pain.

thank you, I’ll try that

No advice, just sympathy and validation! I looked more pregnant at 10 weeks Vs 16.

I took a Windeze tablet before bed and then kept Rennies Deflatine by my pillow to take if I woke up in the night in pain.

Second windeze
And depending on where the pain is a hot water bottle. My worst one was on my side so that helped ease the pain and disperse the gas

Have you tried gaviscon or Rennies? Walking also really is helping me in the first trimester keep my bowels moving and keep my tummy more comfortable

Used deflatine last night and it did the trick!

thank you all so much!
