Morning sickness hacks?

Im almost 12 weeks and my sickness and nausea seems to be getting worse. It was originally evening only, and now it’s starting in the morning and just going through. Cyclizine hasn’t helped, and I’m calling the doc tomorrow to try and get something else. BUT I have to be in the office tomorrow, to onboard a new starter (this will be their first job!) There is no one else in the office in my discipline, and I lead the team so it has to be me. I didn’t expect sickness to ramp up this much over the last few days. I can’t avoid being in the office tomorrow; but I’m really concerned about how I might feel. I can barely eat or drink at the moment. Any hacks or tips or anything to help a desperate gal out?!

19 weeks and sickness still going strong.

Eating ice cubes helps.

Ice cold water but sip it .

Digestive biscuits anytime your hungry I find if im hungry I feel sick and it helps eating a biscuit

I also wear sickness bands and they have been a god send for me.

As soon as I wore them feeling sick went and im just sick in the mornings now. I don't feel sick all day.

Keep going xx

The only way I could calm mine was to make sure my stomach never got empty. I munched on home made fruit cake for 9 months!

Xonvea worked for me, it's a sickness medication specifically for pregnant women. May be worth asking gp for that.

Otherwise anything cold and crunchy, ice lolly, ice cubes, frozen fruit.
I could only manage to sip sparkling water with lime cordial in, something about sour flavours helped.
