Had to break fast

Someone crossed the road and I had to slow down from 30 mph wasn’t slamming on the breaks but like when u think the light is staying green but goes red you stop fast like that
I’m 33 weeks I feel fine bump doesn’t hurt etc baby’s moving but I’m paranoid about placental abruption after seeing something on it today
should I be worried ?

Baby will be fine at that speed. Just keep an eye on their usual movements and if you’re concerned ring triage.
