I would surely not recommend ANIBALL, it was very disappointing as a product and has only positive reviews on its website leaving no room for actual ones. The balloon is too big and doesn't get inside easily , even after perineal massage and strong pelvic muscles. I found it to be waste of money and effort

Oh that's a shame. Not sure what you mean about strength of the muscles though, as this wasn't a factor for me at all. For context I also had a really strong pelvic floor, with a lot of tension. I found I had to really relax the muscles to fit it in, even though it was barely inflated.

Overall I did find it useful to help me understand how to push and get used to the sensation of pushing without tension. I really struggled to relax fully and push it out initially, and it gradually got easier. I ended up needing forceps so was a bit of a moot point to prevent tearing in the end but still helped me learn how to push correctly which helped before I had forceps.
