Hi all,
went to EPU 2 weeks ago with sharp left sided pain. They did my hCG which was 590 & internal scan.
hCG dropped to 238 after 48 hrs, down to 196 after another 48 then they left me nearly a week & it was then down to 89.
was thrilled with this drop & thought I was heading in the right direction. Had them repeated yesterday & they increased slightly to 93.
Hospital rang me this evening to come in for repeat scan & bloods again tomorrow.
Has anyone experience of pregnancy of unknown location & hCG that dropped to this low level? Was hoping to get away without methotrexate injection or surgery….
