Metronidazole BV

Hi mums, has anyone had experience taking metronidazole gel for BV during pregnancy? It says it's safe but some mixed messaging online. I'm 13 weeks and vaginitis was picked up on a swab.

Would be really grateful to hear of your experiences of metronidazole in pregnancy :)

I haven't got personal experience but I'm sure the GP wouldn't prescribe you something unsuitable for pregnant women. It's hard not to worry when you're pregnant though, I hope you feel better soon.
