Will my baby be healthy?

So I just found out I'm expecting, il be six weeks tomorrow, however I had my bloods taken a few weeks back and my vitamin D, B12 and folate was low, due to taking lanzoprazole. Will my baby be okay? 🙁 I am taking supplements for for it now however I won't be due to have a scan for another 6 weeks, worried 😩

I was the exact same except found out when I was closer to 20 weeks. My baby boy is perfectly healthy! I started taking all the correct tablets which did make me feel a bit rubbish at times but they helped and all my tests returned to a normal level.

It’s probably something you should talk with doc about, not right for anyone here to give you an answer as gospel.

I took lanzoprazole until I was about 6 weeks pregnant as I had no idea I couldn’t until I went to get a new prescription. Baby was absolutely fine and I was switched onto a different acid tablet which is safe. You will just need to take additional supplements throughout pregnancy

You need the higher dose of folic acid on prescription. Baby is most likely fine, but that is what they will recommend.
