Is this PUPP rash?

Hi all,

Ive woken up with this bizarre rash down my right leg that’s worst at my hip and thigh and then reappears on my shin.
I havent used a new detergent, I haven’t taken new meds, can’t be a heat rash because it’s still so cold. Any ideas or could it just be typical PUPP rash?

I had this on my bump and back, came up unexpectedly overnight. The midwife didn't seem bothered by it, said it might be heat rash or just one of those things. Mine went down over the course of a few days with antihistamines.
