TTC taking coq10 but ovulation later

Hey everyone. three cycles ago I started taking CoQ10 as had heard good things for egg quality - I'm nearly 32 so looking to make sure I take everything I need. Taking alongside omega 3, folic acid, vit d and c.

However, I've noticed my 'peak' days and then ovulation don't happen now until after 14 days, commonly around 17-19 now. Last cycle I had a CP and ovulation was day 19. I use clear blue advanced monitor to track. Previously ovulation before CoQ10 was between day 13-15 I'd say.

I have no idea what the research is on later ovulation and impact of having successful conception - so looking for any advice or evidence or experience of CoQ10 being beneficial/harmful at all.

Thank you

I started taking q 10 and l carntine and ended up conceiving after two months not saying that was the deciding factor but they are definately promoted. I didnt notice it changed my ovulation in fact I stayed the same only thing ever changed my cycle was when I took seven seas in stead of pure folic acid!

Interesting - glad to hear you had a good experience. Hoping it doesn't adversely impact me at all!

Now on day 19 and still no peak - quite stressed about what's going on as we work away from each other some weeks making timing key. It's got to be either chemical preg miscarriage from last cycle or CoQ10 causing the issue. So I think going to stop CoQ10 and see what happens. Such a worry!
