Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Are you sure it is urine you are leaking? I would urge you to speak to your midwife.
If it is urine then you can be referred for treatment/help. Physiotherapy might be an option.

Tena or the supermarket cheapest equivalent are your friend here.

It might get better. I did this more in the second trimester than the third.
post partum - no problems

@Springissprung24 hey lovely yes definitely urine. I've just had a
Midwife and everything was perfect I forgot to mention to her about the wetting and sneezing x

Maybe see a women's physio who specialises in this type of thing? They can check you're doing the pelvic floor exercises in the right way.

Ask for a referral to a women's physio. I saw one around 28w - she did an exam and helped me to improve my pelvic floor exercise technique and gave me tips on how to improve effectiveness of the exercises in late pregnancy. I massively reduced any leaking and didnt have any incontinence after the birth of DD2 (unlike the case with DD1).

Happened to me throughout second and third trimester. Happy to report no issues postnatally!

Pantyliner + cross your legs when you sneeze 😂 I have HG and every time I throw up I have to cross my legs / apply pressure so I don't piss my pants 😁
2nd baby, also 18 weeks lol
