I was gardening today and I thought as long as I was wearing gloves I would be ok. I’ve been trying not to be really anxious this pregnancy as I was so anxious last time. Anyway I flicked some soil into my face when digging up a weed. Some definitely went in my eye but not sure if any went in my mouth. I’m worried now that I could have exposed myself to toxoplasmosis. Am I being ridiculous or right to worry? I know you can get a blood test for it, so I could ask my midwife at my next appointment. That’s not for 5 weeks but Tommy’s website says you have to wait 3 weeks before it would show up in a blood test anyway.
