I'm gonna be honest I have been testing at different times of the day and at 12dpo I got a super strong 2 lines then the next day I tested fmu and it was slightly lighter which worried me in terms of chemical pregnancies and then I did it again fmu and it was even lighter but have done an afternoon test and it's nearly just as dark as my 12dpo strongest test, has anyone else experienced this, and there tests being darker in the afternoon as it has super worried me.

Yep, I always tested darker in the afternoon than my FMU! The pic on top is with FMU, then the below pic is 2:30pm the same day!

I'm now 17 weeks pregnant!

It's so well known that FMU should give you the best positives. However that's never been true for me. After my IVF, I got a positive on the evening of day 4 post transfer.
Then on day 5 I excitedly woke up to take another test before work. Only to find it hardly visible.
Cue 12 hours terrified at work, got home to a much darker test.

This stayed true throughout the whole first pregnancy and was exactly the same for my second!

I figured I actually drink more at night than I did in the day. But that wasn't always the case so I guess I just got darker positives in the evening!
