Is this implantation bleeding or period

Just putting a warning here, there is 2 pictures sorry for the TMI.

Anyway, I'm just wondering if this is implantation bleeding or my period? I normally get symptoms before my period comes but haven't gotten any except for mild sickness feeling and lower back cramp but my periods are irregular so I'm so confused. Also I've read you can't get implantation bleeding til 6 days after unprotected sex, it's only been 5 days so I'm leaning more towards it being my period😔 anyway what do you guys think?
