Hi just turned 16 weeks and most days I am experiencing discharge that ranges from clear to milky white.
I just feel wet down there most of the day! Theres no smell, nor am I experiencing bleeding. Like I said, its not a constant trickle or HUGE amount ! Just sometimes my panties are a bit wet, etc.
I've read this is normal is this right ?
Thanks x

I had this with my first pregnancy at the same point. I was worried it might have been amniotic fluid but it was just a lot of discharge. This came and went for the rest of the pregnancy x

Totally normal. By the end of my first pregnancy I was using two pantyliners a day. Not nice! But baby was perfectly healthy.

@cherrytree2 I've had similar over the last couple of weeks (I'm 16+3 today) - I was fairly sure it was nothing to worry about but have just had my 16 week midwife appointment so asked about it there to be on the safe side. She said that as long as it's not an unusual texture/bad smell or accompanied by any pain/itching or similar, it's completely normal and nothing to worry about. Thought I would share that with you to give you some extra reassurance!
