Hi everyone
I am 17 weeks and feeling pretty good apart from the fact that EVERY SINGLE MORNING for the past 4 weeks I've been waking up between 2-3 am and unable to get back to sleep.
I have tried everything I see recommended
- not drinking before bed - i just wake up super thirsty anyway
- magnesium before bed
- not looking at phone screen
- yoga nidra
- no caffiene
I don't know what else to do and its driving me mad. Does anyone have any tips??
