I’m currently pregnant and I have a 5 year old. I’d love to buy him a book that explains that there will be a new baby in the family and that he’ll be a big brother. Sounds simple and there seem to be loads of them.
However DS’s dad is not the father of this baby and every single book I’ve looked at mentions Daddy. I’d really like to avoid this as if it says Mummy and Daddy are having a baby I can imagine that would be quite confusing! I know I’m not the other person to be in this situation so surely there’s a book somewhere.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Or maybe other ideas of what I can do to tell him and explain
