Unfortunately theres no real fast way if losing weight. If it was that simple then obesity wouldnt be an issue.
Im currently on my weight loss journey, im having a healthy breakfast, ive cut bread out completely, drink more water, keep my intake of sugary carbonated drinks to atleast 1 a day, if not then i wouldnt have any, i have a salad at lunch time (but i mix it up, yesterday i had ham and egg salad, today im having a tuna mayo salad) then i stick to healthy dinners, i dont want to starve myself. I go from pinch of nom and make their meals. More meat and veg the better! Upping my exercise, ive started walking places rather than getting my partner to drive me.
Snacking was my bad habit, i dont do it anymore! I may have a belvita as a snack between my breakfast that i have a 6am and my lunch that i have around 1pm. So i need something in between.
So far ive lost 7 pound thats in a matter of 2 weeks but i understand that will be my water weight going first, then my other weight will go later. Tomorrow is weigh day and im hoping to atleast lost 2 pounds this week!
