BFP and strong early pregnancy symptoms

Hi all :)
got my BFP at 8 dpo and I’m now 11 dpo. I’ve had 4 pregnancies in the past (1 was an early miscarriage) and I’ve never had symptoms so strong this early on. I’ve been cramping a lot, which I had with my 3 successful pregnancies but not this early and a lot of back pain. The exhaustion has hit too and just feel a bit unwell and I’ve almost worried myself that something might be wrong. Just looking for a bit of reassurance, symptoms just seem very strong very early.
thank you in advance x

I was throwing up and exhausted at 4 weeks and 1 day and I’m now 32 weeks and everything is fine (but I’m still tired)!

Congratulations!

If anything, I'd take it as a good sign. It shows the hormones levels in your system are high, as they should be for baby growing. My friend had very strong symptoms early on and joked about having twins. Then went for 12 week scan and low and behold - twins! Congratulations on your BFP ❤️

I've always had very strong early pregnancy symptoms as early as 9DPO. I've always known I'm pregnant before the early tests come back positive! Currently 35 weeks with baby number 4!

Congratulations! It may be twins!? 😄
