hope okay to post here as not pregnancy related but have seen a lot of new baby posts on this thread!
my 10 week old is EBF. He feeds well. Over the past week or so I’ve noticed an increase in how much he is pooing. It also seems to be more watery although with him being breastfed it’s hard to tell. What has changed though is the small, sorry for the TMI but it almost smells fishy. Could this be a virus? If so from what I’m reading you just have to let it pass itself. He doesn’t seem unwell. Any advice?
