Nausea arhhhhgggg all bloody day 15 weeks now it settled for about a week now back again!!!!!!!

Driving me insane I can't wait for bed time because that's the only time I feel normal is when I'm asleep and no nothing about it lol

I was hoping someone might be able to help me - I am currently 12 + 5 pregnant, through frozen IVF. It’s my 5th pregnancy but I don’t have any living children.
My first pregnancy was a missed miscarriage, my second was at 15 weeks when my waters broke (they think from an infection), third was at 14 weeks when we found out the nuchal fold was very large at 12 week scan and I had a TFMR. Fourth was very early at 6 weeks. Fair to say it hasn’t been a fun 18 months!

But at the moment, I am currently experiencing what feels like UTI pain, low down in my abdomen, with spotting. The scan 2 days ago showed all was fine with the baby and they have no idea what the pain is - but has anyone experienced this? It’s not a UTI as urine comes back clear and all vaginal swabs seem normal.
I feel like I’m going mad and no one is listening to me - I’m so scared of losing this one like I did my second, when I was in so much pain and they said it was growing pains.
Any help would be hugely appreciated!
