Coq10 before FET

Hi ladies I need some advice. I’m planning to have a FET in the next couple of months and recently read about COQ10.. how much do I take? Which brand do I buy?

Anyone had luck with successful pregnancies and taking COQ10?

The theory behind CoQ10/Ubiquinol is it aids egg quality. There is little to no evidence to say it does, but even if it did, it's thought you need to take it for at least 3 months. This would have been before your fresh cycle to create your embryos, so as you are having an FET I don't think there is any point taking it at all - save your money!
