Haemorrhoids - fed up now

It's been three weeks, just as it gets slightly better, another pops up. I've not been sleeping with the pain, nothing is really helping and tonight I've had a toilet bowl full of blood from it. I've been to the doctors and had the complete humiliation of being checked out there, I'm 4 weeks from my due date and worried it's all gonna be on show when I'm giving birth if I can't get it to go down (I know I'll have more important things to worry about but it's just so fucking undignified). I'm just sick of it now, it's ruining my last few weeks, I've so enjoyed it all until this point 😫

I've got scheriproct from the doctors, been using anusol pessaries 2-3 times a day, germaloid cream, if anyone has anything else they can suggest I will be forever grateful 🙏

Bumping for advice too

I never got mine looked at or treated from having ds in sept 2021 and I am using anusol suppositories and the cream daily with no luck only a bit of relief
Mine don't bleed though thankfully, that would be frightening for me I think!

I’m in a similar position.
I’m going to buy rutin supplements in the health food store. Will check with GP first. They are meant to help.
I found acupuncture helped the pain, they just haven’t shrunk.
