Preeclampsia symptoms?

Ever since I was 16 weeks pregnant I've been having a headache everyday. Nothing helps except for taking paracetamol but I try avoid doing that unless I really have to since I don't want to be taking paracetamol for a long period of time. I'm now 22 weeks pregnant and still suffer with these headaches. I've had my urine and blood pressure tested twice since these headaches started in my routine antenatal appointments and they are normal. I'm confused if it's just hormonal or I should be wary of preeclampsia

You should tbh consult a GP or a midwife.

Are you drinking enough? One of the first signs that I'm getting dehydrated is a headache.

I think you should always check in with triage maternity or your midwife if you're worried. Do they know you get them everyday?
My midwife told me last week that preeclampsia headache won't go away if you take paracetamol or drink water or sleep it off. And that's how to tell the difference. But to still call to check if I'm worried.
