Single Sac after 3D FET Could be one more?

I had a frozen 3D FET and 2 embryos transferred. Day 12 hcg test was 722 and positive. Went for the first scan 17days PT and saw 1 sac. So technically the pregnancy is 4weeks 5days now is it too early to see? Could there be one more sac? But because this is frozen embryos if there was one more we would be able to see like the one we saw maybe? I am confused😑 Anyone have an idea please?

Seems unlikely. I’ve had three double FETs and each time only one embryo has stuck (ironically one split into identical twins that were eventually lost, but never have they both stuck).

Hi Op.
I don’t know anything about FET so might be irrelevant but it took me to have 2 separate scans 5 days apart for a second sac to appear as my first scan only showed a start of a sac I was about 4 weeks something. And then 5+1 when we saw the second one.
they suspected multiples as my HCG had over doubled but hadn’t let on to us at that point. Do you have a second blood test? Or maybe another scan soon?

Oh thanks so there is still a chance for twins maybe✌️The sonographer said we should repeat the scan in 10days to have a more sharp view but these waitings are so hard but at least we saw one ♥️

Ahh that’s good you have another scan@Theloudhouse
That’s been our experience although not through IVF so unsure if that would make anything differ!
fingers crossed the scan goes well for you!
