Sports bras help!

I'm currently 22 weeks and have already gone up 4 cup sizes... currently sitting at a 32hh. I wear the panache underwired bra for sport and I'm still being pretty active (crossfit) and want to continue to do so... but rapidly running out of letters in the Panache. Anyone of a similar size got any recommendations that are suitable to for impact?!

I had the same issue. Mine settled at 32HH/J cup. I use the panache ones too, do you have the back on the tightest or loosest clasp at the minute?
From about 25 weeks onwards I found the band was getting tight around my ribs and just going up a back size but wearing on the tightest setting bought enough room in the cups to see me through, there’s quite a difference in the HH cups in a 32 and 34 back. I did end up switching to panache non wired too, that was still fine for HIIT class especially if I did the racer back clasp up.

I bought this one on the advice of this forum and it’s been great. https://www.johnlewis.com/freya-dynamic-non-wired-sports-crop-top-bra-black/p5326182

i wear it over a wired bra with a racer back clasp and my boobs barely move!

Double bra has always been the way for me to do high impact sports.

Oh - I also would wear. Non wired sports bra over my regular bra when I didn’t have two dedicated sports bras

Hi
im breastfeeding and have gone from a 32DD to a 32H (yelp!) I initially bought panache too but I found it quite bulky. I’ve just got a shock absorber which is structured but not padded, I’m over whether you can see my nips 😂 have a look at those, they only do some styles in the mahoosive styles though x

Thanks all some good tips here. @Keepsmiling2948 ill try the 34 that's a good shout and hope for the best as I proceed and bf! @FTMaz I'll take another look at shock absorber ... have tried them previously (pre preggo) and didn't love them but I guess things may have shifted so might be worth a pop. Now to find a reasonably priced seller with free returns for the numerous ones I plan to test!
