Loss of Appetite

Is it normal to feel less hungry from about 3 weeks pregnant, now 4 and a half weeks along.

I have to force myself to eat meals. Which, to be fair, helps with the nausea. I’ve always been big on snacking, and I’ve completely stopped it. I can even skip meals.

I've completly gone off food and had to force myself to eat regularly to stop my nausea. Totally normal. Seem to be regaining my appetite slightly now at 13 wks.

I couldn't eat when pregnant, could never face dinner or meat. I could only have something if I fancied it, and couldn't force myself to eat anything if I didn't want it.

It did get better as the weeks went on, but I think it lasted until about 20 weeks IIRC. I just went with it (had no choice, I couldn't eat anything I didn't want) and everything was fine.

this was my first pregnancy symptom both times, sudden loss of appetite about 10 days after conceiving. It lasted a week or 2 and then for the next 8 months I ate everything in sight 🤣
