Baby’s scan measurements

Hi, I am 35 weeks pregnant and I had a growth scan at 34 weeks. I have another one booked in for next, I am expecting a baby boy and am measuring big! I have more amniotic fluid than I should and his head and belly are at the end of the ‘normal’ scale. But his legs are at the beginning of the scale. I’m worried what this means for when he comes out. Is he going to have a huge head/belly and tiny legs? Or can this be normal? Midwife has assured me it’s still in the line but they are just at the other end of each other. Thank you!

My DS had a big head and short legs, specifically his femur measurements were really small at my 36 week scan. He was totally healthy when born but did have little legs, but not noticeably so and I think I only noticed it or was paranoid because of the scan. He's 18 months now and it's completely evened out. He still has a head on the larger side but his legs have caught up and are in proportion 😊

Hi
my son was measuring small of femurs despite his dad being 6’4. He is actually on the 75th percentile for length and his grows are always short on the legs! I wouldn’t worry I drove myself mad googling everything!

29 weeks and also in the short femur gang. Have been reassured it’s nothing to worry about and haven’t been referred to a specialist so I am just trusting the professionals and hoping my Little Legs is ready to embrace the short king life! 🤣
