When did you have your second child, in comparison to first

Currently 38+1 and in pain and fed up 😅 I'm aware I could be waiting another 4 weeks but my son came at 38+2 (after breaking my waters at 38 weeks) so I'm getting super eager now 😬.

What gestation did you have your first child and then second etc was there any pattern?

40+1

First was induced so doesn’t count but was 40+1

when I think about it now it seems crazy that I went so far overdue with DD1, I definitely wouldn’t risk that again!

40 + 5 ( but popped out nicely , and I only spent 3 hours in hospital )

my first wasn’t induced but should have been at 41+ we were both very unwell and DS has lifelong issues.
subsequently we were consultant led

DD 40 + something

Those last 2 weeks with a one year old were brutal. Ds3 came at 41 weeks but the other two were 6 and 4 by then and it was no big deal.

1. 40 weeks
2. 42 weeks ( induced)
3. 41 weeks

39+1 (induced - I think I’d have gone to 40
weeks)

37 weeks exactly with DS, natural spontaneous labour.

38+1 with DD, via c-section as went into labour naturally but c-section booked for 39 weeks due to low lying placenta.

40+1 and 40+0 I think.

1st - 9 days over
2nd - 11 days over

When DS was born the consultant checking him out before we left laughed when I told her he was 11 days over "yes, he does look a bit overcooked" 😁
