5 weeks pregnant D&V

Am around 5 weeks pregnant. Had horrific D&V all day, can't keep anything in, honestly feel like everything I drink is going straight through me and out the other end in the same form. Vomiting pure bile.
I'm a nurse so I know about keeping hydrated, small sips etc. But not so sure about the pregnancy side. I'm already feeling quite faint/ dizzy. At what point do I go in for help? Don't want to put the baby at any risk. Pls be kind.

Have you been appointed a midwife yet? May be worth calling your GP if you feel too weak even if it’s just for peace of mind x

I remember having this at about 8 weeks with DC2. DH and I caught it from DC1 who'd just started nursery. I rang the GP in a bit of a panic, who reassured me the baby would be fine and I needed to take it easy, keep as hydrated as I could manage and seek help if I didn't feel better in a couple of days. She reassured me that the baby would be fine, and sure enough he was. I went on to have a healthy pregnancy.
