Thinking I may be pregnant. When do the usual signs and symptoms begin

Proper pregnancy symptoms start after implantation and are caused by the rise in HCG. Implantation normally happens between 6-12 days past ovulation.

Any symptoms before this will be caused by progesterone which is responsible for bringing on your period.
