Thought had a good pregnancy supplement, but now I’ve seen that you need EPA/DHA? Is anyone supplementing this in addition? What brands are you using? Anything else I’m missing?

No idea what that. NHS only recommends Vit D and folic acid, that’s all I’m taking. So many multi vitamin supplements are full of bulking agent, it’s better to get nutrients from your diet.

I take zita West vital essence and Minami DHA

Thanks @LizzeyBenett I’ll take a look. The NHS are only going to recommended what they can cheaply prescribe and anything that’s safe to take why would you not if it gives a tiny bit of help.
With the diet in the world, morning sickness isn’t going to help!

I'm taking proceive omega 3 .
I also take the proceive pre natal supplement alongside it . Found it difficult to find a vitamin that also contains omega all in one. Previously also used a jar of bare biology omega but found proceive cheaper as boots and h&b usually have 3 for 2 offers on between them. They have a high dose than most . Have taken the proceive omega throughout pregnancy . All the omega tablets are quite large tho. No fillers and binders

This is the one I take

I take high dose Omega 3 but not sure what I will do when I conceive again. I know I will be prescribed aspirin from 12 weeks which thins the blood. However, so does Omega 3 so will be slightly dubious about using both.
