Itchy nipples

I am 22 weeks pregnant and suffering with really itchy dry nipples!!

I have used Lanolin nipple balm but it doesn't seem to be helping much.

Has anyone else suffered with this and can recommend a good cream to help?

Could it be thrush? My son had oral thrush when he was breastfeeding and passed it to me. Super itchy! The dr gave me a gel I could put on them that was safe to BF with still.

@Sunny192 sound weird but it worked with me my sister in law said to use cabbage leaves I tried it and it worked
