Such an odd symptom, anyone else had it and got any tips? I don't even have a cold or flu or anything. Just feel sooo bunged up with some sort of phlegm that is nowhere to be seen!!

This is such a common pregnancy symptom.

Go to your GP for a nasal spray. It helped me with my pregnancies!

Feel better soon!

Yep I'm 26 weeks and woke up very congested I use a salt water nasal spray and have a humidifier beside the bed all night .

Yeah I had that! Was prescribed mometasone spray (sp? Something like that) but it didn’t really help. Breathe right strips on my nose helped with sleeping.

Thank you so much! Didn't realise it was so common. Will 100% get some spray!

Go to the pharmacy to ask for a nasal spray. Save yourself the Gp appointment!

I also found Vaseline up the nose helped at night!

Thanks! Honestly this second pregnancy, the first 3 months have felt like a hundred years!

Is it worth trying antihistamine to check hay fever isn't contributing? The pollen count for tree pollen has been rising and that's what it has been for me. GP and fetal medicine unit both told me cetirizine and loratadine both OK in pregnancy.
