Pearls of advice! I'm almost 7 wks pregnant felt abs fine until last wk! 😫 keep getting so many episodes of low blood pressure but comes on suddenly and I think it's linked to hunger! I have felt very close to fainting a few times too, I go red hot then lose the feeling in my arms and feel abs terrible, eyes hurt too. Dr isn't concerned said it's normal but other than drinking water what else would you be eating to stop it do I maybe need higher carb foods and if do what did you eat and what else helps it as it's vile?!!! Thank you!
