ERPC / D&C - how long after did you conceive & when did your AF return?

Hey! For those of you who have had an ERPC or D&C in the past - how long after did you get your first period? Did your cycle return to normal straight away or was it longer / shorter? I was usually 27/28 days before ERPC on 13th February & still no AF or positive test

Also how many cycles did it take for you to catch on again please? And how old were you? I’ve just turned 35 this month (so got pregnant just before i turned 35). I’ve got that clock ticking in my head….

I had surgical management in September for a miscarriage at 9 weeks and my period came back 5 weeks later - normal flow and length and then my cycle went straight back to normal (around 30 days for me). Started trying again once my period came back and conceived again on the third cycle so I'm now just over 11 weeks. I'm 37, and was 37 in my unsuccessful pregnancy as well.

Hi, so sorry to hear about your loss. I had a D&C in August for a 10 week miscarriage. I got my period a month later so we stayed trying again from there. My cycles have been about 3 days longer since the miscarriage. I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant so took about 6 months to get pregnant again. I’m 32yo and did a Hertility test to check my AMH as I was conscious of my body clock and had really positive results. It really helped to give my peace of mind that I’ve still got time.
