Hi

I had an anterior placenta with my first baby, I barely felt him move throughout the whole pregnancy.

Second pregnancy and 16 weeks in, if you had an anterior placenta previously ate yiu more likely to have one with subsequent pregnancies?

I had anterior with my first and posterior with my second. I can tell I significantly preferred the anterior! I absolutely hated the movements of what felt like an alien moving around in my stomach.

I'm a FTM so can't comment on subsequent pregnancies but I have an anterior placenta and altho I felt movement relatively late..21 weeks, now at 25 weeks I feel a lot. I apparently have a particularly active baby and see some kicks from outside so not all anterior placentas mean less movement. I think it also depends on baby's position and how lively they are.

Also do remember even though you may start off anterior , as uterus grows and stretches, it may move to posterior

I've had 2 anterior and one posterior.

Posterior first, anterior second

I've had anterior both times but as far as I'm aware it's just a coincidence
