Advice needed! 4 weeks today, right hand side twinges!

Hello,

I think I ovulated from the right side. I felt implantation cramps at 6dpo. BFP at 8dpo.

I’m 14dpo and line progression has been really good, really dark lines. Last night lying in bed I had some twinging/tugging pain on the right hand side, like ovulation pain. It subsided totally today and I haven’t felt anything untoward but it’s come on again in the past hour. Very much comes in two second waves of sharp tugging pain and then stops. It’s not enough to take my breath away or for me to need paracetamol. It very much does come and go. No other symptoms.

I had a MC earlier this year and I am freaking out about the chance of it being ectopic. I wouldn’t have signs of that at 3+6 would I? Surely the pain would be a lot more intense if it was serious and wouldn’t have taken a break today? Tests keep on getting darker, done one just now and it’s the darkest I’ve had!

TIA

I had this but in left. Everything fine at 8 week scan. Midwife says it's fine if mild with no bleeding.

I’m 7 weeks in 3 days and up until about 5 days ago I was getting all sorts of mild cramps and tugging on my left side. I couldn’t help but worry but that’s natural and all the twinges, tugging etc has pretty much subsided. It’s been replaced with nausea and headaches. Try not to worry. All the literature says that cramping is normal.
