Are you taking any anti-sickness medication? I would ask your GP for some / some different ones if you already are. They should be able to find you some that can help x

Have a look at the pregnancy sickness support website. I was the same as you describe and it is AWFUL, I'm so sorry you are experiencing it! Mine started improving from 14-16 weeks (some days better than others) then at 19 weeks it got much better. I had to have 10 weeks off work and was house bound. I'm now 21 weeks and have been able to start doing normal things..out for meals, little walks etc. Hopefully it will improve sooner for you but I wanted to be honest as I remember reading so many posts about how it gets better at 12 weeks and then being so disappointed every week that I was still so unwell. Really hope you feel better soon

It’s been so upsetting iv already had 4 weeks off last week was my first week back and I’m back there today and it’s be horrific I work in a fish and chip shop as well so I’m not even just sat behind a desk. I just wake up evey day hopeing to feel normal and it’s so hard when I wake up and think here we go again

I was like this with my 3rd pregnancy & it was awful… we’ve just had a shock this week to find out I’m preg again (4th) and I feel absolutely terrified that I’m going to be sick again. When did it start for you this time?

i found my 2 boys made me feel sick & nauseous where as with my girl I was actually sick - which believe it or not, was better than the constant nausea. I didn’t really find a “cure” other than mentally just trying to tell myself it’s not forever… every time it faded around 16/17 weeks for me. Forget the housework, forget “normal life” for the next month & just focus on getting through these next few weeks. It will pass 🙏🏻

ps how you feeling about having 4?! I can’t get my head around it yet x

haha yes we’re exact same, no matter outcome of this, whether it’s a full term pregnancy or not, he’s going for the snip… no taking any more chances now!

just going by my experience, I think you’ll have a boy, I defo found them harder to carry & the nausea at the start was awful… I’m also one of 4 and my mum had 3 girls then a boy!!

I’ve been getting strong lines on tests but I have a weird feeling something isn’t right, I think mainly because I have 0 symptoms… I’ll be ok either way, just want to know!! Xx

5+1 today but I’ve woken up feeling really rubbish, at first I thought symptoms kicking in but done a test & it’s not as dark and I have slight bleeding starting… my gut feeling was right. Totally ok with it as we weren’t trying so it was a massive shock!

hope your sickness eases off soon for you, it’s such a hard thing to go through, but it’ll all be worth it in the end ❤️

I’m so sorry you’re feeling rubbish. No real advice, just solidarity. I’m pregnant with my third and all of my pregnancies have been terrible for sickness. I’m almost 23 weeks and still feel sick most days. Anti sickness tablets helped alot, as did pacing myself and not overdoing things. If work is making you worse then if possible try and take some extra time off. Hoping you move past it really soon xx

Iv already had 4 weeks off work if it keeps getting worse that might be the only option starting my meds today so hopefully they will help xx
