Pain tips for ovarian cysts

Hi guys, just wondering does anybody have any good tips on how to ease pain on ovarian cyst. I’m currently pregnant and I’m struggling with some pain. Thank you x

When not pregnant I use a microwave wheat bag not sure about their safety in pregnancy

@jellyfishbubbles hi, thanks for the reply, I do use hot water bottles for it which does help abit, appears to be more painful when I’m walking about. Did you have one during your pregnancy x
