Hi ladies
I’m new to TTC
Well I haven’t really started yet but I would like to know if there is anything anyone recommends to take to help with ovulation etc.

I had a missed miscarriage on 11th January I was 10 weeks. Then 25th Feb I have had one ovary removed. Long story.
Anyway!! I would like to try to conceive after one normal cycle, which would be in Aprils cycle as not yet had a period for March. As I now have one ovary I would like to do everything I can to make sure it’s working haha! Does anyone recommend anything I can do or take to help with ovulation? Thank you

I take b6
coq10
raspberry leaf
and I’ve just started vitex all to hopefully boost my ovulation
good luck I heard the one ovary picks up the slack of the missing one

I have one working ovary the other is apparently deformed.

Anyway, just to reassure you I have had zero issue conceiving so just having one doesn't put you at any disadvantage. I have been pregnant 5 times in my life, one full term baby, currently 34 weeks with my second. Deformed ovary discovered between pregnancy number 3 (miscarriage) and 4 (baby number 1).

Would recommend a multi vitamin and plenty of vitamin D. Personally I'd give it a few months of trying before buying into lots of expensive supplements as you may have no problem at all.

Thanks hun. Yes i definitely won’t spend much money! Just want to see what people suggest. I will go with the vitamin side of things. I’m not worried much about conceiving..yet./ I’ve been pregnant twice. Both happened right away with unprotected sex! Just want this ovary to be as healthy as can be after what I’ve been through! Thank you x

I recommend Lily Nichols (her new book Real Food for Fertility is amazing) and Natalie Crawford for advice on these topics. Both can be found on Instagram, YouTube etc.

Sorry for your loss in January. Lots of wishes your way!
