Sweep today and lost bloody mucus plug

Baby number 2, with my first I was induced. I've been losing my mucus plug for about 2 weeks now every day but with no blood, on and off cramping, nausea and lots of braxton hicks.

Went for my sweep today at 38+5 at 4 o'clock, she said I was 2-3cm dilated and cervix where soft, since 6 o'clock I've been having what could be early contractions around every 15 minuets or so. I've now lost my mucus plug with blood in also.
Could this mean labour is coming for me soon?

Keep timing them through the night 😀 I didn’t have a sweep but had a show on due date last Sunday night and contractions were 10 minutes apart through the night. Was around 5 minutes by morning, triage said to go in & had my daughter just after 2pm Monday. Good luck & get as much rest as possible and keep eating & drinking!

Keep mobile... Vacuuming got me into full labour several times

How you getting on?

My waters broke at 7 this morning, I've been leaking my waters since. Been having on and off contractions, they was every 5 mins apart lasting 30-40 seconds for about 4 hours but they have stopped now.
I've got to be back up the hospital tomorrow at 7am to get induced if doesn't come tonight, so just got to see how tonight goes

Exciting! My second was quite quick but there was a big quite break of about 8hrs where the contractions stopped...then when it started back up it was super fast! Hope you get to meet your baby soon!

I lost clear mucus plug weeks before labour....

The day there was blood in it was the day my labour started!

Woke up this morning at 6 to my alarm to get to hospital for 7 for my induction. I was already having bad contractions 4-5 minutes apart.
Got to hospital at 7, had him by 8:30.
8lbs 8 and 8:30 exactly. Absolutely over the moon ❤️
