UTI in 3rd trimester

Hi, currently 33+4,

So I recently went to mat triage as I've all of a sudden had agonising pains in my back and stomach, they tested my urine which came back as positive nitrates, they checked baby on the heart monitor hes fine, they did a preterm labour check which was negative, so have said the pain Is likely coming from a uti, and ive also got thrush on top of that so sent me on my way with antibiotics, trimethoprim 200mg twice daily for 5 days. And a course of x5 pessarys 200mg clotrimazole.

Last time when I had thrush I only used the pessary once as that's what my Dr prescribed so does this seem like a lot of days?

On top of this the thing I'm mostly worried about is the antibiotics as everywhere I've read online tend to say not to take trimethoprim if your trying to get pregnant and/or are pregnant? Can anyone advise? My plan was to ask the pharmacist on collection later but I just wanted to find out if anyone else had advice too!
