You're fine
Your skin is a barrier or we would all be absorbing bleach and all kinds of stuff. It's probably got an active ingredient in and your skin can be more sensitive in pregnancy so they don't want people coming out in a rash and saying well there was no warning

Our skin is not a barrier. Our skin is an organ that absorbs absolutely anything we put onto it.

saying that, I’m sure you’re absolutely fine and haven’t harmed your baby. A lot of the time companies have to put “do not use if pregnant” because not all of their products have been tested on pregnant women so they can’t say for certain whether they’re safe or not. It’s usually a precautionary messure.

chances are you’ve come across more harmful things whilst pregnant without even realising than a setting spray

Thanks!
i had a google of all of the ingredients and the only one that came up problematic was castor oil so im assuming its that but at 38 weeks now i dont mind labour coming 🙈😂
