I am age 40, DTD just before static smiley. No other opportunity as husband works away. Any chance of conception or are we out this month?

If it was the day before or day of getting the static smiley then definitely a good chance.

Based on my due date I think we conceived the day before I got a static smiley.

I (35) concieved from dtd once that cycle, the day before static smiley, and am currently 8 months pregnant :) so you're definitely not out!
